KOH-I-NOOR HARDTMUTH CUSTOMER CENTER

The new customer centre with an area of more than 400 m² belongs to the history and present of Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth and maps the development of the family business from its foundation in 1790 to the present day. The customer centre was established directly on the premises of the Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth production plant in České Budějovice.

What can you look forward to in the Customer Center?
Through a guided tour accompanied by a documentary film, you will get to know
• with the story of Josef Hardtmuth, his inventions and the flourishing of the family business,
• with the history of the Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth brand from 1790 to the present day,
• with hundreds of historical and contemporary exhibits and documents,
• with unique crayon products (gorilla, table with crayons embedded in epoxy).

We always adapt the tour to the age category of the pupils, the type of school and the composition of the group. We offer tours in Czech, English and German.
The exhibition will also include a sales stand with Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth products. It will only be possible to pay cashless.

Bus parking
There is a reserved parking space for buses directly in the Koh-i-noor area (entrance through the gatehouse from F. A. Gerstnera Street 21/3). Parking is only available for the duration of the tours. The capacity of the car park is limited.
Who is the Customer Centre for?
The Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth Centre in České Budějovice will be open exclusively to school and interest groups that arrange tours in advance at the e-mail address [email protected] or by calling +420 389 000 152. In exceptional cases, individuals can also participate in the exhibition.
