Roastery Hospodářský

The Hospodářský Coffee Roastery was founded out of a passion for fine coffee and is the brainchild of Tomáš Hospodářský, who has been dedicated to coffee all his life. 

In 2009, he opened his own roastery in České Budějovice, where he focuses on honest craftsmanship and top quality with an emphasis on taste, aroma and freshness. He personally selects the beans, supports fair and sustainable farming, and roasts only 100% Arabica. 

Customers can enjoy quality coffee from Hospodářský Roastery (Coffee Carrera) - espresso, filter coffee such as Cold Brew, V60 and more - while sitting in the café or taking it for a walk.

Packs of freshly roasted coffee can be purchased directly from the roastery, at a partner establishment or online.
