Brio restaurant is the Italian for “verve” or “vigor”. And that is exactly the perspective from which they treat both the food and the customer. For something to have “zip”, it has to be done with verve and enthusiasm. The food is made by three chefs who specialize in Czech, French and Italian cuisine.
