We're Elevate Bistro! Our story began about 24 years ago when a cook became a pastor. Along the way, he met the love of his life and the two fell in love not only with each other, but with the magic of gastronomy. They traveled the world and got to enjoy every good restaurant they came across. And then the dream of a bistro began to take shape in their heads. 

So here we are now - 24 years later and 3 more children. We still love food and want to make it worth it! Just as we pride ourselves on every element of gastronomy, we also pride ourselves on people and friendship. That's why it's really important for us to have a great team around us, which we've managed to maintain even after a rough start. We really appreciate it and we genuinely love them all. 

We want you to enjoy every bite of our food, every sip of the choice coffee from Beansmith Roastery, every glass of wine and every sip of the drinks we have fine-tuned with their help. We're a breakfast bistro in the morning, lunch at noon, and we turn into a bar in the evening. We bake our own cakes and bundt cakes, as well as making snacks for those who love savoury 'desserts'.  We have good beer from Bernard and a selection of wines from Budějovice's experienced sommelier Mr. Burian. 

We have created a space for parents who want to drink coffee while their children play in our corner. We are connected to the church we are named after, so don't be surprised to have your meal or evening drink prepared by the pastor himself!
